Josh: the automatic wrapper mechanism doesn't work. Today i've install new version of usb_modeswitch, but it doesn't help. I wrote a simple script to do all these steps by manually to start modem.
P.S. If I can do anything to help - please write.

Josh, thanks, It help me to, but it's a problem of all debian-like systems. Modules usbserial & cdc_acm load by default, but without modem doesn't start
