And now I find Huawei 1552. It stat work without any problems...

Josh: the automatic wrapper mechanism doesn't work. Today i've install new version of usb_modeswitch, but it doesn't help. I wrote a simple script to do all these steps by manually to start modem.
P.S. If I can do anything to help - please write.
