Huawei E353

Hi all!
I have Sialia 11.07 (the same as Debian i think).I was triing to connect to internet trought my Huawei E353 modem but...system does not recognise it.When i plug it in CD rom appears for a while an then disappears.I uninstalled previous version of usb-modeswitcher and data ,but now i cannot install it.Could someone explain how to do it?And does the latest switcher support E353?

For remarks about Huawei E353, search this forum for "E353". It's not in the data package yet, but it's easy to add.

I just used modeprobe and modem -v -p .Now everything works fine
