I downloaded the PPP Widget 3 from Google Playstore in Xiaomi Redmi Pro (Running on Xiaomi.eu customised Rom 8.1.2.0 based on android marshmallow)

As i plug in my modem with otg, a window pops up saying that, "The Google Play license for PPP widget 3 could not be retrieved. Installation of Local apk is not supported. Please use Google Play."


Now as I said, i installed from Google play store but this message is still popping out.. What do I do?

I have seen this lately. This is a bug of the system. The license has been retrieved but the file can't be accessed ("no permission").

It should be enough to reboot once after installing PPP Widget.
