If you have read then it should be obvious to you what information other users has provided when asking for help..
Full kernel name, full android version, full build version, and an original module from your tablet.

Did you try the module package "GT-P51XX_3.0.8-1060237.zip" from the "Driver Modules" post?

Yes, I use this module package and again I received message "driver not found"

Then I run terminal emulator and here what I see

app_123@android:/ $ su
root@android:/ # cd /sdcard/pppwidget/lib
root@android:/sdcard/pppwidget/lib # insmod usb_wwan.ko
insmod: init_module 1usb_wwan.ko' failed (No such file or directory)
255|root@android:/sdcard/pppwidget/lib # Is -1
-rw-rw-r-- root sdcard_rw 45580 2013-12-18 22:10 option.ko
-rw-rw-r-- root sdcard_rw 11512 2013-12-18 22:10 ppp_async.ko
-rw-rw-r-- root sdcard_rw 14904 2013-12-18 22:10 usb_wwan.ko
root@android:/sdcard/pppwidget/lib #

What could be the next step?

Right after trying "insmod usb_wwan.ko", run "dmesg" and look for hints why the module could not be loaded. The error "No such file or directory" is known to be totally misleading, the reason is different.
