I am using Easy Peasy (geteasypeasy.com).
Tryed all 3 USB ports with no luck.
Will try to install 9.04 on it now

So finally installed 9.04 on my Eee PC 901 and trying to get ZTE working on it.
usb_modeswitch installed and makes fff5 change to ffff, BUT now it wvdial can not see modem...
--> WvDial: Internet dialer version 1.60
--> Cannot open /dev/ttyUSB0: No such device
--> Cannot open /dev/ttyUSB0: No such device
--> Cannot open /dev/ttyUSB0: No such device
Tryed all ports with no luck...

Remember you need to load "usbserial"; otherwise there is no driver for the switched device ...
