[PATCH] restart systemd service for modeswitch dispatcher
When disconnecting and reconnecting the USB dongle before usb-modeswitch terminates, the usb-modeswitch@.service unit might not be started for the particular device (because the oneshot service state is still activating). Consequently, the modeswitch would not happen. As a workaround we can restart the service unit instead.
