This is a MiFi router which ought to be supported in usb_modeswitch, I am posting some info here hoping that someone looking for info will find it and will help getting it included.
The device starts in install mode with a virtual cd-rom which contains the connection manager, windows drivers, and a switch tool.
The usb id in install mode is 1c9e:f010 which will become 1c9e:f101 after switching.
One of the following two switch commands are likely to switch the device:
usb_modeswitch -v 0x1c9e -p 0xf010 -W -M 55534243123456788000000080000606f50402527000000000000000000000
or
usb_modeswitch -v 0x1c9e -p 0xf010 -W -M 555342431234567800000000000001ff000000000000000000000000000000
