USB_ModeSwitch

New in 1.1.4:

• The package should work at boot time now (cold and warm)
• Wrapper script can now work with a packed collection of config files (for resource-constrained systems)
• Fix for endpoint determination problem
• New devices in data package

Note: the wrapper has changed its name and place; it sits now in /usr/sbin as "usb_modeswitch_dispatcher" side by side with the binary and is called by a tiny shell script from /lib/udev.
