You need drivers to match your exact kernel version and name. It's likely that the kernel version in the Android update is different from the one in the previous version.

If you give me the full kernel version (see Settings > About Device/Tablet) I can try to provide new modules.

As usual, the content goes into "[sdcard]/pppwidget/lib".
