this and last version some app's doesn't connection to the internet. some app's like cash rewards or all game and the playstore when try update when try update doesn't download everything

Did you do a system update during that time?
There was no change in the code of PPP Widget 2 that could affect the network notification ...

Also make sure that the configuration option "Network notification" is enabled.
