I finally made Czech translation (since I wrote here before last holidays that I will), use my name there.

I don't know, which shorcut is used for czech language in Android (cs or cz), so change it, if it's wrong.

d_switch_conflict - Is this string still needed? And if yes, what about the last sentence of it? If it should be as it is, use this translation instead, thanks: "USB zařízení zmizelo, nemůžu ho tedy připravit!\nJe možno, že nějaký další program si chce USB zařízení přisvojit. Pro vypnutí této hlášky běž do nastavení PPP2 Widgetu."

And there is problem with encoding, because internet browsers have problem with utf-8, but IMO utf-8 should support czech symbols. I did not face problem with encoding in my programming life yet, so i don't know. Sorry for that

The "d_switch_conflict" is indeed not used right now (commented out) and will probably never return. So we can just skip working on it.

I can fix the encoding here, no problem. It would be difficult if it wasn't a language with Latin characters.
