Integrate with "PPP widget"

HI everyone.
I have my android app which will run as default android box device app. I need to integrate with "PPP widget" to check if internet disconnected, start connection to internet through USB Modem. Is there a library for "PPP widget" that I can integrate with it, or what are your suggestions?.
